Punjab and Haryana HC imposes Rs 1,000 cost on union govt for not responding Ashok Khemka's petition

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday imposed a cost of Rs 1000 on the union government for not filing reply on a petition filed by senior Haryana IAS, Ashok Khemka pertaining to empanelment of IAS officers at centre.
