Kafeel Khan moves to Rajasthan, says will go to court if UP doesn’t return job

Suspended Uttar Pradesh paediatrician Kafeel Khan, who was assured of a safe stay in Rajasthan by Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi, on Thursday said he would appeal to Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath to revoke his suspension so that he could join work, or else, he would challenge it in the high court. He also termed the charges against him under the National Security Act (NSA) as “state-sponsored victimisation” by the UP government and “fictitious”.
