'I express regret': Kerala opposition leader Chennithala withdraws remark

Kerala opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala on Wednesday withdrew his remark asking "whether only Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) activists could harass women," and expressed regret for it.
