Tamil Nadu: 'Lord Murugan gave us permission'; BJP to resume Vel yatra tomorrow

Pursuing a pre-poll strategy to consolidate Hindu votes, Tamil Nadu BJP president L Murugan, who was detained by the Tiruvallur district police while taking out the 'Vetrivel Yatra' from Tiruttani on Friday, said his party would resume the yatra in Chennai on Sunday in defiance of the ban.
