Mumbai cops arrest former COO of BARC in TRP scam

The city crime branch probing the TRP manipulation scam on Thursday arrested Romil Ramgarhia, former chief operating officer of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), for allegedly sharing confidential information with certain TV channels and their office-bearers.
