J&K schools, colleges to reopen from Feb 1; Vaishno Devi daily cap increased to 25k

The J&K administration on Sunday announced the reopening of all educational institutions in the Union Territory from February 1, besides increasing the daily limit of pilgrims at Mata Vaishno Devi shrine to 25,000.
