J&K LG Manoj Sinha stops salary of social welfare dept dir

Jammu & Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, during the fifth round of his ‘Mulaqaat-Live Public Grievance Hearing’ on Thursday, ordered stoppage of salary of the director of Kashmir division social welfare department, Bashir Ahmad Dar, as punishment for not releasing the wages of staff members of a Srinagar-based school for specially-abled children for several months.
