Jamia remembers journalist Danish Siddiqui as one of brightest stars in hall of fame

Jamia Millia Islamia mourned its alumnus, Reuters journalist Danish Siddiqui, who was killed in Afghanistan on Friday while covering a clash between Afghan forces and the Taliban in Kandahar. The photojournalist, embedded with the Afghan Special Forces, had been covering the recent surge of the Taliban in that country and was caught in a crossfire.
