Mumbai minister Aslam Shaikh alleges ‘match fixing’ in Rs 320 crore oxygen unit contracts

Mumbai city guardian minister Aslam Shaikh has alleged “match fixing” in the BMC oxygen generation plant contracts worth around Rs 320 crore. In a letter to municipal commissioner Iqbal Chahal, the Congress minister alleged that there was a cartel of contractors who were hand in glove with BMC officials.
