Bihar: Pappu Yadav open to merging his JAP-L with Congress

Jan Adhikar Party-Loktantrik (JAP-L) chief and former MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav on Tuesday said his party would lend support to the Congress nominee at Tarapur in the assembly byelection scheduled to be held on October 30.
