Rahul Gandhi to visit Goa on October 30

During the visit to Goa, Rahul Gandhi would address a convention of Congress workers at SPM Stadium in Bambolim and also participate in various other party-level events scheduled that day, Congress state party chief Girish Chodankar told PTI.
