INX Media case: Delhi HC dismisses CBI challenge to order allowing P Chidambaram to inspect documents

The Delhi high court on Wednesday dismissed CBI's challenge to a trial court order allowing Congress leader P Chidambaram and other accused in the INX Media case to inspect documents. CBI opposed the inspection of documents on the grounds that the probe in the INX Media case, in which both P Chidambaram and his son Karti are accused, is still ongoing.
