TMC wins 134 of 144 seats in Kolkata civic polls; Left finishes second in terms of vote share

The Trinamool Congress on Tuesday secured a stranglehold on the red-brick building at 5 SN Banerjee Road, winning 134 of the 144 seats and securing 72% of the vote share to decimate the opposition in the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
