UP: Free of Vikas Dubey terror, Bikru gears up for polls

A lot has changed in Bikru village of slain gangster Vikas Dubey. Fearing Dubey, no one could choose the candidate of his/her choice. But after July10, 2020, when he was killed in an encounter, everything changed and today the rule of law has been established. Today, Bikru is gearing up for the assembly polls.
