Lt-Gen B S Raju to be next Army vice chief

With Lt-General Manoj Pande set to take over as the next Army chief from General M M Naravane on Saturday, Lt-Gen Baggavalli Somashekar Raju will succeed him as the vice chief of the 12-lakh strong force.
