Northeast: 8 killed, lakhs hit as heavy rain triggers flash floods, landslides

At least eight people died across northeast India in the last 24 hours, as flash floods and landslides, triggered by heavy rains affected lakhs of people in the region.Four persons, including a woman, died in landslides in Arunachal Pradesh.
