Passenger booked for 'skin colour, clothes' remarks

A 39-year-old woman who was travelling on the Dehradun-Amritsar Express and was allegedly mocked for her "skin colour and clothes" at the Haridwar railway station by a male passenger, 62-year-old Ramesh Khemani from Ajmer in Rajasthan, got down at her destination, headed straight to the nearest police station in Amritsar and lodged an FIR against her "tormentor".
