India reports 1,574 Covid-19 cases and nine deaths in last 24 hours

With a decrease of 596 cases from the previous day, India's active caseload came down to 18,802, according to the Union health ministry data on Saturday morning. The nine fatalities include one each from Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana and Maharashtra and five reconciled by Kerala.
