HC stays work on UP's 'biggest' cow shelter

The Allahabad high court has stayed the construction of a cow sanctuary in Muzaffarnagar, which Union minister Sanjeev Balyan had proposed to build at a cost of Rs 70 crore to tackle the growing menace of stray cattle.
