India briefed on China balloon: US

The US has shared information with India on the Chinese spy balloon that violated its airspace and was eventually shot down, a top US military officer said on Monday, even as the two countries kicked off a major air combat and mobility exercise with China’s belligerence figuring high on their radar screens.
