Madhya Pradesh polls: Kamal Nath promises zero electricity bill till 100 units, half bill up to 200 units

Five months to the assembly elections, former chief minister Kamal Nath on Thursday made a major poll promise while addressing a public meeting in Badnawar assembly constituency in Dhar district.
