Amritpal Singh's parents meet him in Dibrugarh jail

Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh's parents Tarsem Singh and Balwinder Kaur on Thursday arrived from Punjab to meet their son at the high-security Dibrugarh Central Jail.
