Stench, garbage near Har-ki-Pauri big problem in 'ODF' Haridwar

Walking on the road leading up to Har-ki-Pauri is a challenging one, as the strong stench of human waste is unmissable as one walks down the main route from the parking side. Officially, Haridwar city is open defecation free.
