Teesta Setalvad moves SC after Gujarat HC rejects bail plea, asks her to surrender

Social activist Teesta Setalvad on Saturday moved the Supreme Court after the Gujarat high court rejected her bail plea in a case of alleged fabrication of documents related to 2002 post-Godhra riot cases.The apex court will hear her bail plea this evening.Setalvad was earlier granted interim bail by SC till HC decided her bail.
