Kota: As student suicides soar, ministers blame coaching ‘mafia’, burden of education loans

PHED minister Mahesh Joshi on Monday said that the burden of education loan on parents was one of the causes of stress among students and the Centre must formulate a policy so that parents do not have to borrow money for education.
