On Raksha Bandhan, former Himachal Pradesh CM Jai Ram Thakur reminds Congress govt its poll promise of giving Rs 1,500 to women

On the occasion of Rakshabandhan, former chief minister and leader of opposition Jai Ram Thakur attacked the chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led Congress government of Himachal Pradesh for failing to fulfil its poll promise of giving Rs 1,500 to every woman of state.
