Rain triggers landslides on road to Badrinath highway

National highway-54, leading to the revered Badrinath shrine, remained blocked for over 12 hours on Sunday due to landslides triggered by heavy rainfall at three locations in Chamoli district, leaving hundreds of pilgrims stranded along the route.
