Union minister Piyush Goyal arrives in San Francisco; begins bilateral with IPEF partner countries

Indian Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal is on a visit to the United States, where he attended the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) ministerial meeting in San Francisco. He met with Singapore's Minister for Trade and Industry to discuss enhancing trade and cooperation between the two nations. Goyal will also meet with US officials to strengthen the partnership between India and the US. Additionally, he will participate in the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting and engage with business leaders, investors, and the Indian diaspora to promote economic ties and attract investment to India.
