Woman enters Bengaluru airport with fake e-ticket to see off friend, held

A software engineer breached airport security at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru by entering with a fake flight ticket. Harpeet Kaur Saini created a fake e-ticket to accompany her friend to the pre-embarkation security check point. She was caught while trying to exit the departure terminal, claiming she left her laptop outside. Saini confessed to creating the fake e-ticket and was charged with forgery. The CISF staff member at the entry gate and the airline's check-in counter discovered the fake ticket.
