INDIA parties to meet mid-December to forge unity, finalize manifesto for 2024 Lok Sabha polls

The Opposition INDIA coalition of parties have decided to meet in mid-December to move forward on the seat-sharing talks, create a joint narrative, and finalize a manifesto for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. Mamata Banerjee will attend the INDIA party meeting expected around December 15 or 16. Coordination among the party leaders continues. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi invited Banerjee for the swearing-in of Revanth Reddy as chief minister of Telangana. The momentum of the INDIA bloc has waned due to inactivity and partners contesting against each other in Hindi heartland states.
