'Thank God I'm no MP... I'd have been suspended'

Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee criticized the suspension of 78 opposition MPs, calling it "super autocratic" and a sign that the Union government is scared of the opposition. She demanded "100% VVPAT" in the Lok Sabha polls and accused the Modi government of holding back GST dues and stalling funds for central schemes in opposition-governed states. Banerjee also expressed support for TMC MP Mahua Moitra, who was expelled from the Lok Sabha, and mentioned that the Adani project in Bengal is under review.
