Four French judges are questioning over 300 Indians detained at Vatry airport near Paris on suspicion of human trafficking. The detained Indians were traveling on a Nicaragua-bound Airbus A340 that arrived from Dubai for refueling. The judges have the authority to extend the detention order, and they aim to speak to all the passengers within two days. The passengers, including 11 unaccompanied minors, are being assisted by translators. Ten passengers have requested asylum. Meanwhile, the Indian embassy in Paris is working for a resolution.
