Not amused with joke, group beats 20-yr-old to death

The incident occurred in Neguwan Todka village, Sagar district, where a 20-year-old, Dashrath Lodhi, lost his life after cracking a joke about a girl during a conversation with Durgesh. This led to an argument escalating into violence, with Durgesh and others assaulting Dashrath with lathis. Dashrath's father and a friend who tried to intervene were also attacked. Dashrath succumbed to injuries in the hospital, while his father remains critical. Two suspects have been arrested, and police are searching for the prime accused, Durgesh, and another attacker.
