Boney Kapoor & Bhutani to build UP's Film City near Noida International Airport

Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects and Bhutani Infra have won the rights to develop the UP government's Film City project near the Noida International Airport. The project will have an 18% revenue sharing offer to the government. The studio and film institute are expected to be ready in three years, with the entire project taking eight years to complete.
