'During his tenure as PM...': Israeli envoy lauds Bharat Ratna to Narsimha Rao

Israeli Ambassador to India, Naor Gilon, extended congratulations to former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao for being conferred with India's highest civilian honour, the 'Bharat Ratna', on Friday. Gilon highlighted the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Israel during Rao's leadership in 1992.
