Nagaland govt to consult people first on border fence and FMR

NSCN-IM, Naga civil societies, tribal organisations, and Chief Angh of Longwa Village oppose the decision to fence the India-Myanmar border and end the Free Movement Regime. They object to the division caused by the imaginary boundary and the impact on the Naga political issue.
