Delhi court refuses Sharjeel Imam bail, says acts, talks incited public

Delhi court denies bail to Sharjeel Imam for inflammatory speeches in AMU and Jamia. He has been in jail for 4 years. Sameer Bajpai notes his disruptive activities and incitement of people. The court considers his acts as sedition under IPC.
