BMC to felicitate 2012 panel that gave nod to Coastal Road, ex-mayor not invited

BMC forgot to invite ex-mayor Sunil Prabhu, under whose leadership the civic body approved Rs 12,000-cr Coastal Road which was recently partially opened.
