Separated by borders, united by heart: Pakistan teen gets Indian's organ

Ayesha Rashan, 19, underwent a heart transplant at Chennai's MGM Healthcare from a 69-year-old donor. Supported by family and NGO, the surgery was successful despite challenges. She aspires to become a fashion designer after finishing schooling in Karachi.
