Minorities thriving in India: EAC-PM paper

The paper titled ‘Share of Religious Minorities: A Cross-Country Analysis (1950-2015)’ also said the share of Jains decreased from 0.4% in 1950 to 0.3%. According to the paper, the share of Christians rose from 2.2% to 2.4%— an increase of 5.4% between 1950 and 2015. While the share of Sikhs increased from 1.2% in 1950 to 1.9% in 2015, an increase of 6.6%, the share of Parsis declined 85%, falling from 0.03% in 1950 to 0.004% in 2015.
