Jharkhand man dies during parasailing at Mandvi beach

A 38-year-old man, Baldev Singh from Jamshedpur, died during a parasailing misadventure at Mandvi beach in Kutch, lacking safety gear provided by Shiv Water Sports. The incident took place while he was on a picnic with his family, staying at his brother-in-law's house in Bhuj. His wife, Sukhvinder, filed a complaint about the negligence of the operators.
