In pursuit of emissions targets, governments around the world are outright banning gasoline vehicles so that drivers have no option but to choose electrified vehicles. One of the latest that might join the every growing list of countries taking this authoritarian action, is Japan. Over the past 24 hours, reports have surfaced that suggest the Asian nation will ban the sale of new gasoline vehicles by the mid-2030s, Reuters reports.
