Kool and the Gang's Dennis 'Dee Tee' Thomas dies at 70

NEW YORK: Dennis "Dee Tee" Thomas, a co-founder of the legendary soul-funk band Kool and the Gang, whose hits included "Celebration," died on Saturday at age 70, the group announced.
