Saudi Energy Minister: The Worst Is Over For Oil Markets

The worst of the oil market is behind us, Saudi Arabia's Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said on Monday at CERAWeek's India Energy Forum. "We are still vigilant.
