GM Recalls All Chevy Bolt EVs On Safety Concerns

General Motors has extended a recall for its Chevy Bolt EV to all cars with that make it has produced on concerns about the combustibility of their batteries. The company said the battery of the Bolt may, in rare cases, have two manufacturing defects in the same battery cell, which increases the risk of fire. To avoid fires, GM is recalling some 73,000 cars, including 2021 and 2022 models, on top of the previous partial recall of 69,000 older Bolt models.
