Elon Musk, Tesla, and SpaceX were hit by a $258bn (£210.2bn) lawsuit on Thursday by a Dogecoin investor accusing them of running a “Crypto Pyramid Scheme (aka Ponzi scheme)” relating to the cryptocurrency.
