Turkish Foreign Ministry says Israeli attacks must end

(MENAFN)The Turkish Foreign Ministry stated that Israel carries on an "insincere and hypocritical" approach, as reaction to Israeli raids on Palestinian worshipers. The ministry posted on Twitter that "#Cease-fire in Gaza, #Attack in Jerusalem! Israel's insincere, hypocritical attitude continues. This atrocity, which limits freedom of belief and worship, must now come to an end!" Israeli forces wounded several Palestinian worshipers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem, in the first Friday prayers after a truce amid Israel and Hamas. A statement by the Palestinian Red Crescent showed that the raids injured some 20 people.
