Fair weather in highlands, mercury higher elsewhere Saturday-JMD

(MENAFN - Jordan News Agency) Amman, June 18 (Petra)-Jordan's highlands and plains will see a fair weather on Saturday, while hot conditions are set to prevail in other areas, Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.On Sunday, a slight rise in temperatures is forecast, and the weather remains almost similar to Saturday's, with the appearance of a band of low clouds, with northwesterly moderate winds, added the JMD.Regarding Monday, Tuesday, the weather will remain moderate in mountainous heights and plains, and hot in other regions with northwesterly moderate winds, the report revealed.Also on Saturday, temperatures in Amman will range between 92Celsius degrees, dipping to 16C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a blistering 35C, dropping to 23C during night hours.//Petra//AG19/06/2021 08:40:38MENAFN19062021000117011021ID1102306961
