Appeal for Witnesses - Boy Attacked in Fight in Leeds

Police are appealing for information after a 14-year-old boy was attacked by in a fight in Leeds.

At 5.44pm yesterday (26/5) police received reports of a group of males fighting with machetes in Hudson Road, Harehills.

Armed officers were deployed to the scene and the victim was found with injuries to his leg and arm. He was taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are serious but are not considered life threatening.

He has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
