Appeal to Locate Missing Teenager, Kims Parsens

Police are appealing for information on Kims Parsens, who has been reported missing from Brighouse.  

Kims is 14 and described as about 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build. 

He is believed to be wearing a black fur hooded McKenzie coat and grey Adidas trainers.
